Smart Mailboxes utilizing label color?

Was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to create a smart mailbox that can utilize the 'label color' information? I have a bunch of rules set up that color code my messages, but I would like to have a smart mailbox that can pick out the different colors. I don't see this as an option in the smart mailbox criteria, but I didn't know if anyone knew of a way around it...perhaps a third part app or a terminal 'defaults' option.
