Admin Machine Behind NAT Firewall

We have setup ARD Admin at one of our sites that is behind a Firewall. From that admin work stations we can scan the internal network and see all the stations and machine names. We can also work with all of the machines on that internal subnet just fine. However when we try to scan some of our other sites that are not behind a firewall we can scan the network and see that there are machines there, but we cannot see the machine names. The ARD scanner just comes up with IP's and possible clients, but no names. If I know the IP of the machine I want to access it seems to work ok, but it would be nice if the machine names could be passed back to ARD admin during the scan. We have other ARD admin machines that are used behind other firewalls and they get the machine names. I'm having a problem determining what the difference is in this one case. Is there a certain rule or NAT policy that I need to put in place ? The firewall in question is a Sonicwall Pro 3060 running the enhanced OS. We are running ARD 3.2 on an Macbook Pro. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
