Hello Everybody, I just recently purchased a new 24" iMac (got if online) and received it today in the mail. After I got it all set up and updated (imported applications, files, etc. from previous iBook) I noticed that there is one dead pixel on the screen. I did some research on this site and found out that other people have the same problems and Apple usually will let you exchange for a new one. I bought mine online however was wondering if I can take it to an Apple store to do the exchange or do I have to deal with Apple.com? Any help will be appreciated, Ian
