Home Folder Ownership and Permissions Wrong

Somehow, I've messed up my home folder. When I do Get info on my home folder, it says I can only read. In the privilege box, '_unknown' has read and write. Everything within the home folder, documents, pics, etc, seems to be working, but I can't add folders to the top level.

I tried fixing permissions with Disk Utility, but that didn't work.

I think I caused it by reloading my home directory from Time Machine. I got folders with the locked icon, and I changed the user ID in the advanced user accounts setting.

Any ideas how to fix this?
