Iphone running REALLY slow

When I wake the iphone, the slider has been stalling and is sticky. My iphone has also been taking a really long time to get to the home screen when I press the home button.

I tried restoring the software and taking the storage all off.

Do you think it could possibly be firmware 1.1.2? It wasnt doing this earlier on 1.1.1

Any suggestions?
