Error to QuickTime API MovieAudioExtractionFillBuff

Hello! I work on Windows XP. I have used QuickTime SDK to extract
audio data from some mov file. When it calls MovieAudioExtractionFillBuff(..),
it crashed immediately. I installed QuickTime Player 7.3. When I change version
of Player to 7.1, it return error code -2126, it means notAllowedToSaveMovieErr.
Someone says the mov file have copyright,I donot know if it is true? I use not Pro.
Could you explain it for me! If Pro can do it I could brought. Thanks, Best Wishes!
