Sony NWZ-A818 (or A816, A815) usable (i.e. Drag-and-Drop) with Leopard?

Hi,

does anybody own a Sony NWZ-A818 (or A816, A815) Walkman and is capable of copying data from and to the Walkman with Leopard (or any MacOS X Version)?

I think of buying one but I am not sure if it will work on MacOS (or Linux). Sony talks about "Drag-and-Drop". But actually I do not trust the statements of a company like Sony 😉
