Spaces Tutorial/Tips?

Is there a tutorial or tips page(s) somewhere for using Spaces? Looking for a general intro (concept, setup, etc) along with tips/tricks others have found useful.

I've been searching "spaces" on the forum but it's difficult to sort through all the posts.

24" iMac Intel Duo Core, Mac OS X (10.5.1), iPod Touch

The built-in OS X help files have good information about how to set up and use "Spaces". In the Finder go to the "Help" menu and search for "Spaces" there are articles about it, and about how to optimize it's use.
