Looking at some other postings on this forum, it appears that Canon has not yet released a driver for the LBP5000, and some other LBP's that use Canon's CAPT PDL. So unfortunately for you and the others, you have to wait until Canon releases a newer version of their CAPT driver.

Hi all... it's the ninth... at least where i'm from. wondering if canon has released the drive. we're stuck in the middle of nowhere because of this driver issue. terrible. terrible. paid good money for leopard only to have major hiccups like this explode in my face. sigh.

HEEEELLLPPPPP!!!!! apple? any ideas??? canon??? any support?

please teach leopard canon lbp5000's language. don't break them up. they used to date very nicely.
