Problem with nikeplus.com registration page

I have been trying to register with nikeplus.com for the past hour and have not been able to do so. Every time I click on the "register" link a page pops up with multiple blanks (for entering information), but there are no corresponding words/info requests (i.e., Username, Password, etc.). So, I don't know where to enter what and to top it off, some of the blank boxes seem locked (I can't enter info into them). Has anyone else had this problem?
