Can't Set CardBacks in Klondike

I recently learned of the capability to set card backs in Klondike and tried it out
Klondike then reset my statistics except for $50 something dollars and set my
average as -$47 I have an iPod classic 6th gen 80GB
and I know someone else had this problem
but their answers didn't help

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11), 1st gen (1GB memory 2 GHz Intel Core Duo)

For a cardback, you have to first create a compatible .tga file (39x54 uncompressed, Preview creates .tga, but not uncompressed .tga), then place that file in the Klondike folder in the iPod Games folder on your computer. The next time you sync, it'll be copied onto your iPod and you'll be able to use it as a cardback in the game. I don't think there's a way to create a new background.
