Microsoft word won't save

I don't know where should i put this subject, so i just put it in here.
i'm having difficulty saving my document in microsoft word. when i want to save or open my work, my microsft word becoming busy and after that it stop responding and i must force it to shut down. I tried couple of times and the problem keeps appearing again.
but when i used the microsoft word with different user, i can save the document without any problem.
what's happening? how can i fix this?
