Blurring on when scrolling down

Hey. Since updating to 10.4.11 Everytime in using safari around 3/4 of the way down the screen. Images look like they have an imaginary line sort of blurs the text and fonts?
Any ideas?

You mean it blurs while the text is actively being scrolled or do you mean it is even blurry when at rest and not being actively scrolled? Blurring during scrolling is normal because the LCD screen has not-so-great response time. If you mean the top 3/4 of the page is clear and bottom is blurry, even when the page is standing still, then I don't know what that could be.

It's the limitation of the LCD. Your viewing angle must be acute. Tilt the display vertically until it is perpendicular to your line of sight. I mention vertically since that's what can cause that inverting "solarizing" effect.

I've noticed this on my led backlit MacBook Pro and it isn't a big deal. You want perfect viewing angles then get a decent external display.
