help setting up netscape mail

I'm having trouble setting up my netscape email. I've used pop.3.ISP.netscape.com as an incoming server with port 110. Outgoing server was SMTP.ISP.netscape.com with port 25 and it said it couldn't connect or it failed. Are these the correct settings? And when it says ISP do I need to insert my own ISP? Or just leave it as the three letters : ISP.
