DHCP Client ID in Windows

It's simple to add a Client ID on a Mac in Network Preferences, but I can't figure out how to do it on Windows XP. Ultimately, I want to be able to look at the DHCP Clients list in the Airport Utility and see descriptive names for my Windows machines.

Thanks - I know I can do that. What I'm trying to do is to identify Windows machines. I can see all the MAC codes, but the Apple machines allow me to set the Client ID with an easy descriptor, such as "Pete's MacBook". Then, on the DHCP list I see the easy descriptor. I'm trying to understand how to set the Client ID on Windows machines, so I can also use and see an easy descriptor.

If you can answer that, I'd be very grateful!
