Glad I have a local copy. For those who never tried this yet, I'll share my copy here:
Not sure if Jerome decided to stop distributing or it's simply a mistake,
but I believe sharing this nice thing won't be against his original intention.

Do you still have your filters available somehow?
The public access to your I-disk needs an password now.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Currently Being ModeratedFeb 14, 2011 6:17 AM (in response to Jerome Colas)Dear Jerome,
some month ago I found your very useful instruction for creating quartz filters to reduce file size.
Since this time I am using your filters, shared through the public part of your iDisk. As I am supporting Mac users for a large printer manufactorer I some times give my customers the hint to use these filters from you.
This worked very good for months.
Now it seams like you set a password to protect your iDisk. Could you please share this password or share your filters on another public location?
Would be great and very helpfully for Mac users with low Mac experience.

I have installed the Filters folder in my user Library folder but when I go to Save As... in Preview the filters are not shown in Quartz filter popup menu. Am I missing something?iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.2)
