I love this series of Sony PVM monitors. I have the 14M4U. If it's in good shape, jump on it. Take it and have it evaluated.

No, It is not a multi-format monitor and will not accept HD anything. You need a down-converter, I use a Kona LHe.

Matt, not to be snide but judging from your series of posts, you seem to be in something completely over your head.

Good luck.

Mr. Burns, I remind you that the terms of use (TOU) of this forum requires users to restrict questions to technical issues regarding the installation and operation of final cut pro. In otherwords, this forum is not intended as a video 101 course.

Given the nature of your questions, you may learn much from enrolling in a TV production course at your local college, interning at a Public Access station, and/or going to work for someone who knows the business.

Hope things work out for you.
