MS Access clone or frontend for my SQL?

I did a search but got no suitable hits. I hope this is the correct area for this question.
As there is no MS Access for Mac, what are the options?
I would prefer a 100% compatible MS Access solution as at work I will soon have a project with access and VBA. Having an equivalent (without going to virtual p.c.) would be excellent. However, I doubt this will be possible.
Is there a front end for mysql so it has a similar look feel user interface as MS Access (i.e. and IDE/user front end)?
