Correct me if I'm wrong. Under System Preferences, there is no Users and if you meant going to the Startup Items folder, well IE isn't located in there as well. Any other reasons this happens.

Oct 3, 2005 8:55 AM in response to Chris Landonby iFelix,]How can I disable the dreaded Internet Explorer at start up. For some reason my friends computer, when ever she boots up, Explorer automatically opens up. There's nothing relating to it in the Start Up Items folder.
Are we talking Windows here or OS X? -
