How to set default gateway

I have a G5 Xserve that is on the inside of the schools network and everything works well. I want to be able to use Quicktime Streaming server to broadcast to the outside and in order to do this I have been told to set the default gateway. I have an outside and inside IP address that are different and I have been given the default gateway IP address to use but I can't find where to type in the default gateway in the Server Admin. Any comments would be appreciated.

No this didn't help. I only have one ethernet connection going into my Xserve and that connection gets me to the internet and to my LAN so I can administer the Xserve remotely on my G5. When I went into Gateway Setup Assistant it wanted the WAN network interface (that is Built-in Ethenet 1 for me) and the LAN interface which is also Ethernet 1 in my case so it won't let me continue the set-up unless I choose Ethernet 2 or Firewire or serial port. Again I can stream to any computer on our network fine but no one can see the stream from the outside. I am stumped.
