Leopard is Beta Ware at best. What happened to external HDs and Airport?

Having an external hard drive connected to my Airport Extreme was always a little flaky, but now I can't access the drives at all on either Mac.

Everything I have is Apple, so it should all work together as it did in Tiger... but it doesn't.

I paid $200.00 for a family pack of beta ware.

20" iMac Mac Intel 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo. 15" Mac Book Pro 2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

Do you have less of an airport signal than before the upgrade? after i installed my signal strength is always half, instead of full.

No, I can't say I have had that problem. But I'm only about four feet from my airport, so I guess if I walk a distance away it might drop down.

I do notice the airport drops a lot. I keep getting "scanning for airport", then I loose what ever I was doing over the net.

These problems should have been worked out before the software was released for sale. This is just because Apple didn't want to delay the release again.
