Sending Outlook/Exchange Meeting Requests to iCal user

I use Outlook/Exchange/PC at work and want to be able to send meeting requests to my wife at home on her iMac G5 Tiger. I can send these to my gmail calender but not to iCal. These really do not need to be synched, just a one way invite. Thanks in advance.
