This is a simple question. Where does Tiger log cron jobs at? Back in 10.3 I'm sure they were in /var/log/system.log or maybe it was /var/log/cron.log. Either way they are not being logged in those places now and I can't find where they are.
Any help would be appreciated.
(And, yes, I do know that cron tasks are being executed.)
Yes, I'm aware of launchd and the fact that is taking over from cron. However, cron is still there and Apple itself still uses it for certain functions, e.g. triggering junkmail bayes scripts. So, I'm still looking for where cron dumps its logs to.
The output of each command is mailed (using traditional unix mail - not integrated into the Mail app or anything like that), not logged - so check using mailx (or mail command) from the unix prompt.
