Loose internal part (s)

Quick question to all of you iphone owners; Are there any internal parts that are or may become loose if the iphone is dropped? I dropped mine a while ago in the airplane (carpeted surface), minor drop, no damage to the exterior of the phone. Now today when taking it out of my case for cleaning I shook the phone (not sure why I shook it but I did) and then noticed a slight clicking sound when the phone is shaken. This could very well be the sensor that senses the orientation of the phone so it can switch from portrait to landscape mode. Can anyone else that owns an iphone confirm theirs also has something "loose" inside. My iphone works perfectly, this just got me curious as to whether all other iphones have this.
