Do You know if logic Pro would be able to do something like it, I mean convert?
Logic Pro won't be useful for converting the DTS files. Logic Pro is for editing and mixing audio files, then you'd take your final mixes and use software from DTS to encode them to DTS sound files. What you want to do is the opposite, and Logic Pro isn't made that way.
You may be forced to play back the audio on your DVD player or wherever the DTS decoder is, and record the audio on your Mac. DTS is a proprietary compression system for audio, and they're fairly aggressive about defending their patent rights. Even on Windows tools for decoding it are apparently kind of rare, though
Handbrake might do what you want.
