how to set iastate.edu incoming server?
I've tried many times but still did'nt work

Do you access your school's email account with an email client on your computer such as with Outlook or Outlook Expess? If so, you can get the incoming mail server settings and outgoing or SMTP server settings there.
If not, certainly this information is available via your school's website - probably the same location where you login to your account for webmail access using a browser.
Unless someone here happens to attend the same school, you may be waiting for a while when this info should be available at your school's website.
