Macbook connection problem -Virgin boradband
Hi, wondering if anyone could help me,
just moved over to mac from pc, 2 weeks ago, using a virgin broadband connection, when using the macbook, it connects via airport to the netgear router for the cable connection, then disconnects after around 10 minutes, asks for router to be reset, i try this but it refuses to reconnect. It only reconnects after about an hour, and resetting both the macbook and my router. my flatmate using G4 Powerbook has no wireless connection difficulties, neither of us are connecting with the ethernet cable. I have contacted Virgin - my broadband provider but they say, that the issue is probably my airport settings.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
