iPhone Bluetooth won't connect with my car bluetooth??????

I have an Acura MDX (2006)... Every bluetooth device, including my old Razor, and other friends Bluetooth phones work great with my MDX. The iPhone cannot pair with my car. How can I fix this problem? Why is it only the iPhone Bluetooth that wont pair??? It Pairs fine with my Apple Bluetooth earpiece.

iPhone, Mac OS X (10.4.4), iPhone Bluetooth won't work in my car???

I have a 2007 MDX. My iPhone pairs and at first it worked just fine. Now, however, it drops calls a lot and sometimes the bluetooth picks up the call, then the radio comes back on, then the call comes in.

The Acura folks have www.handsfreelink.com which identifies compatible phones. I just tried to check it but it's down at the moment, so I'm gonna check back later. Hopefully, if it's not on the compatible, our friends at Apple will tweak some things to help us out.

I don't know if this will help, but my iPhone linked perfectly with my Jawbone earpiece and my 2008 Lexus, then suddenly, it wouldn't link with anything. I went to the Apple store and asked about it, and a tech asked if I ever turn the iPhone off. I really don't, at least not very often. They told me you have to do it occasionally to reboot, just like any computer. They turned it off in the store and then back on, and everything works fine now. So, if you haven't turned your iPhone off lately, try that.
