i was watchign the forums a few days ago and saw some people mention a deal for 2 sticks of 2GB RAM fr under one hundred dollars? i would love t if someobody could send me a link, im trying to update my new iMac. thanks in advance

Your iMac requires DDR2 - not DDR.

Your iMac requires 200 pin SODIMM (same as SO-DIMM).

That's "Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module" -- also
called "notebook memory." It's the only physical size that
fits in the iMac memory slots.

Try Buy.com at the following link for an example (you will want to make sure the exact type of memory you need; if you write back with your exact computer specifications, we can check for you, although most memory sellers have a way of entering your iMac into their system and they will tell you what you need). BTW: Kingston has always done well for me, but everyone has their preferences when buying memory.
