The videos I upload from my computer don't work!

Question

The videos I upload from my computer don't work!

Ok, I uploaded my videos from my computer on to iTunes. I tried to put them directly on to my iPod, but it says I have to convert the movie so it works on my iPod. When I convert the movie though, the movie plays fine, but the sound is all garbly, on both my iPod and iTunes. HELP!

I had the same problem when letting iTunes convert Video files soooooo.....I downloaded "Free iPod Video Converter" from download.com. It works beautifully and best of all.....It's free! Hope that helps!

Not sure ;-( The thing worked great for me! There are many other video converters out there. You may need to search around until you find one that works with your machine! Here is a link to some more choices. Sorry I could not be of more help!
