Oops! Help with finding domain?

Crap! I was reading about having a domain site for different sies, and I was in my finder>user>library>application support>iweb but when I dble clicked iweb to open up the next thing which I thought was going to be domain, I opened up the iWeb program, but it was back to where the site was months ago. Is there anyway I can get the site back to where it was before I got click crazy?
