I tried using my Safari browser all day on my iphone. A blank page shows up, then it kicks back to the icon buttons screen. I don't know why it's doing this. I have all updated software on both iPhone and iTunes. Is there some sort of bug? I did notice my iphone not synching smoothly this morning, but when I got home, I synched with NO issues, and still the browser shows up as a blank page then defaaults back to the icons buttons page. (Buttons page with the calculator, iCal, ect.) Is there a way to fix this?? Why is this happening all of a sudden? It happens both in Edge and WiFi.

I have tried a restart, and reset, but not a restore via computer. I hate restoring, because sometimes there is a glitch in doing that. Mine stalled one time. Anyway, are there any other solutions before the dreaded restore?
1. The browser would show up blank. I couldn't do anything, like hit another button to get back to the icons. Essentially, the iPhone froze for 10 seconds showing a blank web page. Then is would snap out of it and show the icons again.
2. I resolved the glitch by accident. I was looking at an email and tapped a link, which prompted the browser, which finally came out of its "blank coma" and started working again. So, I resolved it on my own, by accident.
