Downloading new Front Row movie trailers

I just found out that Front Row downloads movie trailers - obvious to many people, but a very nice surprise for me!

I was wondering if there is any way to download additional trailers, or do we just rely on automatic refreshing of the list by Apple? If so, do we know how regularly updating happens, or if there is a notification system?
