How can I make Remix Tools Jam Pack usable?

Hi every one, i recently bought the remix tools jam pack. After i installed it all the original loops dont play it says this, "GarageBand couldn't find the selected loop in the indexed location. Do you want to continue, or reindex your loops? If you have loops located on an external drive, make sure the drive is connected and click Continue to use the loops." But all the original ones are in the apple loops folder why wont they play
