ScreenSaver Engine crashing
For about the past 2 weeks the ScreenSaver Engine has been crashing. The iMac is on all the time, and when left for several hours, with the screensaver running, the system crashes and a forced restart is necessary.
How can I restore the ScreenSaver Engine? Can I get it from original system disks, or online? Are there prefs files that should be trashed? (My eternal disk w/ system backup died last week, so that is not available. But that’s a different issue.)
