Touchy Home Button

Okay, I won't lie. I've dropped my iPhone quite a few times. Okay...not quite a few, but a few. It's pretty banged up but I've never had any problems with it as far as functioning. I've even got the speaker/microphone/plug-in...just, the whole bottom of my phone submerged before and it still works perfectly. The on/off button likes to make a small little noise now when I push it every now and then, but that's fine. Still works.

However...my darn Home button is veeeery touchy. Some days I have no problems whatsoever and other times I'm spending two minutes just to get out of my text messages. It's beginning to drive me crazy. It's even taken to making a nice little noise when I push it in the right spot. What I'm wondering is if this is a result of the few drops my phone has endured or if anyone else if having the same problem. In any case, any advice? Anyone know if Apple can do anything?
