Cover Flow Album Art

Before I bought my Iphone I loaded all of my CD Albums onto Windows Media Player, After I downloaded itunes it seemd like it synced up with WMPlayer
I then synced it with my phone and all of the music is now on my iphone, but there is no album art in Cover Flow, Can anyone help me figure out how to get the album art?
