Subdomain or redirection instructions

Its maybe simple to some of you, but I have a great deal of difficulty with it.

We have a Leopard Server 10.5.1. Ive installed an opensource distribution called SugarCRM. It is working just fine by typing http://server.company.local/sugarcrm.

I need the users to type crm.company.local in their browsers.

I also need to redirect the http://server.company.local/groups/ to wiki.company.local

How do I setup redirections and subdomains?
