iPod Flashing Logo

I've got a 3rd generation 8GB iPod Nano, running the lastest version, 1.0.3. It's only about a month old and now whenever I turn it on the Apple logo will appear for approximately 6 or so seconds and then it will restart itself and the Apple logo will appear once again, creating an endless cycle until the battery dies. I've ran the diagnostics tests and the hardware seems to be fine. I tried putting it into Disk Mode and restored it in iTunes. iTunes says it's been successfully restored, but the problem remains once I take it out of Disk Mode. Any ideas?

Hi Apple.
Me too facing the same problem. I am using an ipod nano(3rd gen) 8GB blue. I have already added music and videos to it. But this happened just after disconnecting the usb. The apple logo appears for about 10secs and then disappears. This continues till the battery discharges completely. I tried to restart it by pressing and holding menu+center button, but the same repeats. I entered to the disk mode, then restarted it, but again the same flashing of the apple logo.By connecting to pc in disk mode, i cannot sync the ipod. I am using itunes 7.6 in my windows xp. please give a solution to this if u know. I miss my ipod badly....
