HP Officejet Pro 7680 and double-sided printing

I just got this yesterday, but I cannot get this to print double-sided in my Macbook Pro (10.5.1). I checked the feature in the printing preference (system preference), but the double-sided option in the print dialog is always grayed out on all applications.

My previous HP 7310 didn't have any problem printing double-sided.

Also I get the error message related to hpsuppliestool program every time I try to print. I keep pressing ignore to get rid of the dialog but it's annoying.

Any one with similar experiences or solutions?

I'm updating this so that others can benefit from my experience.

I got everything working now-duplexing, scanning, etc.

I found the beta scanning software on the forum, and installed it. It works. I can scan multiple pages using the ADF w/o any problem.

I found the beta printing software for HP OfficeJet Pro 7300 in the forum and installed it according to its instructions. Now duplexing is back.

I found the HPsuppliesTools.app in my Library/printer folder and deleted it. No more error messages.

So, now everything is working 100%!

Thanks for HP folks to post things on this forum!

Where is this beta available? I'd like to try it.

My story with the 7310 so far:

1- after upgrade to 10.5 the scan-to button quit working. Otherwise fine.
2- after re-installing the drivers the scan-to works fine, but double-sided printing is wrong. It prints the backpage upside down. Also the double-sided option is grayed out in every application, but you can choose it anyway in another pop-up option.

How weird this is!
