Meeting Minutes Template(s): are there any?

Wasn't sure where to post this, but here goes: Are there repositories of templates for Pages anywhere?

Specifically, I would love to find a template to be used for creating "meeting minutes"....

I went to iWorkCommunity, keyed in minutes, and got a hit.
