Can I use an ATTO UL4D SCSI from a G5?

I'm upgrading in the next couple of weeks from my late-2005 model G5 to an 8-core MacPro. I've already maxed out my budget having found neither my RAM or my graphics adapter can move from one box to the other... my remaining issue is whether my ATTO UL4D SCSI card will be movable from the G5 to the MacPro, or whether I'm going to have to chuck some more cash at the PCI-e UL5D?
