Converting .fla or .swf to .mov (Quicktime)

I've read the thread about Quicktime 7.3.1 which I have not supporting Flash files. That being said, is there anyway to open a .swf or .fla file and convert to .mov to be used with Final Cut Pro?

If you have the Perian component. You can open a flv in quicktime and then export it to a format/code that FCP understands.

Quicktime no longer allows flash track. Meaning, you can't open .swf in Qt. Even if the flash track track is version 5 or below.

You can open a .swf in the Flash program and then export it to Quicktime movie.

You'll have to use an older version of QuickTime until Apple and Adobe sort this mess out.
I have a multiple OS machine so I can boot to 10.4.10 or 10.3.9 to do the work.
A cheap external hard drive with a Tiger install is all you need.
