Why does my iphone send me a copy of every e-mail I send?

I have looked at the mail settings, and I can't seem to figure out how to make it stop sending me every e-mail that I send to others, but I have the Bcc turned OFF. I don't think I can control it through my gmail account either. I don't know, if anyone can help that would be cool. Thanks.

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5)

I also found that if I go to Settings, Mail, and then the bottom of this Main settings page, there is a setting "Always Bcc myself," or blind copy yourself the email you send. It looks like by default this is set to "Yes." Set it to "No."

Go to settings, email, gmail account, advanced, gmail setting mode "off"

A much better option is to use IMAP to access gmail instead of the default POP3.
