How to sync with NAS (Qnap)

I'm new into this thing about iPod, iTunes and synchronizing.

I've move my music from the iPod to a music-folder on my NAS(Qnap 209Pro) using Yamipod, and i've erased all music on the default iTunes-folder on computer.

I want to change the default folder in iTunes to be my music-folder on the NAS-unit. How should I do that?

Go to Edit>>Preferences>>Advanced>>General
Here you can set the location of the iTunes Music folder, set it to you NAS music folder.

This will not add your music, what is does is to tell iTunes to save downloaded and imported files there.

To get your Music into iTunes, go to File>>Add folder to library add add your NAS music folder.

Be sure you NAS drive is available whenever you start iTunes or it will reset back to the default settings.

Edit. I have assumed you are starting with an empty iTunes library, if this is not true ask again.
