Windows XP Installation

Yesterday I upgraded to OS 10.5. Today, I want to install windows XP. I don't understand the use of
boot camp in this procedure or how to access boot camp. etc.
Also, my printer has disappeared. It shows up where printers are listed, but is gone from the dock.

Hi

Boot Camp Assistant is accessed through Applications/Utilities.
Don't know about 2nd issue.

The printer will usually only stay in the dock if you are actually printing. If you want the printer icon to always show in the dock, "right click" the printer's dock icon when the printer is "active" and select "Keep in Dock" from the menu.
