KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS

With all sorts of different applications, I keep on getting "KERN INVALIDADDRESS" with a whle long error message. I have a gig of ram and I ran apple hardware test and there is nothing wrong. Any ideas?

This error will show up when a memory address is invalid. You could have a RAM issue, even though the hardware test showed fine. I would go and do this.

1. First, trash the preference file(s) on the app(s) that are crashing and see what happens.

2. Do an Archive and Install to eliminate a software issue.

3. Try replacing the RAM, or pull one module and switch them around to test one at a time.
