iPod won't connect to my Dell laptop :(
I connected my iPod Touch to my laptop via the USB. In the bottom right corner of my screen I get a message saying "downloading driver" and then it stops and says unable to download successfully. I contacted Dell, they said to contact Apple because the problem does not lie within my laptop. So what's going on?! I'm so frustrated. I couldn't wait to get my iPod Touch up and running... now I can't even connect it to my computer!!!!!!!!!
