I checked the services other members posted. All looks cool, but I would recommend you if you are interested to create this form yourself.

My idea is to create a predesigned form, converted to your needs and post it on the web then use simply an iframe to display at your iweb.


1-download trial Rapid Weaver.
create a contact form and publish to a folder.
open it in dream weaver. delete everything you don't need. -Side bars etc.
and save it.

2- upload contact folder on your site

3-IWEB
open iweb widgets

copy and paste following code

Change bold, and enhance width and height.

it is very simple, fast you can be done in 10 minutes. advantage is that you don't have to pay for any services.

It is not the best solution, but next version of Iweb should have more enhancements like this

Whether you use a service or create the page yourself, in the end you have to use the HTML Widget. So there's no difference.

And your solution would not work with dotMac anyway, because dotMac does not support PHP.

Neither would it have worked with Rapidweaver & dotMac.

Back to the drawing board.

Do you find that this works with iWeb? I tried it, and it said that the page address I entered was wrong. I think it's confusing me because I use GoDaddy and .mac.

(I don't think I can even articulate it here - I don't know exactly how to explain that I have it set up. Can't wrap my brain around it! I set it up over the phone with GoDaddy tech support so that people could just type in my domain name and get to my website as opposed to the .mac address.)

i'm trying wufoo right now .. it looks like one of the easiest form creation webtools out there . .
has anyone tried the transaction features of wufoo .. i'm interested to find out ...
