Disabled Websharing restart after the Leopard Macbook re-boot

I have a problem on a Leopard Machine.

I disable the WebSharing checkbox (and manually verify the org.apache.httpd.plist file) into the sharing into the System, preferences but anytime I reboot my Macbook some daemon changes this file and the Websharing restarts.

I discovered that someone changes the org.apache.httpd.plist after reboot but no idea bout how to solve the issue.

I used Lingon to test the file and all seems ok but I finished my ideas

Bug?, Virus ?

Any help will be appreciated, Cheers, RA
